Data we collect
When you create a Blazeboard account we collect your name, email, and organization details. When you subscribe to Cloud, we collect billing information through Stripe — we don't see or store your card number.
When a Pi running Blazeboard is paired to your account, the device sends telemetry every 60 seconds: hardware model, agent version, CPU temperature, disk usage, memory usage, WiFi signal strength, and license tier. This data is used for fleet health monitoring on your dashboard.
Data that stays on the Pi
Your menu, products, customer waitlist, pickup orders, loyalty data, and POS-synced inventory live in a SQLite database on the Pi itself. The cloud only sees this data if you opt in to Cloud Backup, which uploads encrypted snapshots to Cloudflare R2 storage.
We do not aggregate, sell, or share customer-level data from your dispensary with any third party. Telemetry is per-device and used solely for support and product reliability.
Cookies and analytics
We use first-party session cookies for authentication. We do not use third-party tracking cookies. We do not run Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any user-behavior trackers.
We use Resend to send transactional email (account verification, password reset, support ticket replies, billing receipts). We do not send marketing email without explicit opt-in.

Your rights
You can request access to your data, ask us to correct it, or request deletion. Account deletion is handled manually to prevent accidental loss — email [email protected] from the account owner address.
