Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using Blazeboard's hardware, software, or cloud services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use the service. If you're accepting on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. The service

Blazeboard provides digital signage hardware (Server Kit and Player Kit), local software running on a Raspberry Pi inside your business, and an optional cloud subscription that adds remote management, POS integration, cloud backups, and over-the-air updates.

The local software runs entirely on your premises and stores your menu and customer data locally. The cloud subscription synchronizes a subset of metadata for dashboard access and backup purposes only.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Cloud subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You can cancel any time from your dashboard or the Stripe customer portal. On cancellation, cloud features stop at the end of the current billing period; the local software continues to function with whatever was last synced.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use Blazeboard to display content that violates the laws of your jurisdiction, infringes third-party intellectual property, or that you do not have the right to display. Cannabis content is permitted in jurisdictions where cannabis sales are legal; you remain responsible for compliance with local regulations including age-gating and labeling requirements.

5. Hardware warranty

Server Kit and Player Kit hardware include a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, liquid, power surges, or modifications. RMA requests should be sent to [email protected].

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blazeboard is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost profits or revenue. Total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms periodically. Material changes will be announced via email and on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
